Another somewhat obscure aussie band, The Mark of Cain. Often compared to Helmet, Henry Rollins is a massive fan and even produced their record as a favour.

This is an utterly brilliant song, once it gets in my head I can't shake it. In saying that, it's slightly different to their usual fare, which is heavier and louder. If you like Helmet, you will love Ill at Ease, give it a whirl.

Yes, Ian Anderson is something very special. Loved Jethro Tull as a teenager. Still do. He introduced the flute to me in rock 'n' roll music. Brilliant man, awesome band.

Interestingly I found a flute in the house I'm renovating the other day and I had a go playing it, not easy at first but if you keep trying you get the hang of it.
