We get shorted on a lot of content on Prime, Netflix, HBO etc. Lucky it costs us more though.

Agreed. I like it the wife not so much. She thinks it's kinda cheesy which it is but in a good way. It's still running weekly on USA though correct? I didn't think the first season had concluded.

Yes...This is where we have been catching it at.

We have also got around to binge watching a series my wife recorded on Starz or some channel like that. I was kind of apprehensive as my wife and I have slightly different tastes.

It's called The Rook. No talk of a Season 2 yet, but I was pleasantly surprised and really liked this one.

My wife and I watched the trailer and we weren’t immediately pulled in. We’re intrigued though. Let me know what you think after a couple episodes.

It's concluded. It was very good and definitely leads into a second season. I'm looking forward to it!

From the description...... I was apprehensive but the first episode drew me in and I was hooked. I hope they continue it. But my luck is that something I like gets cancelled generally in return for something like "Flirty Dancing". Seen that promo and was like WTF???

Myfanwy Thomas wakes up in the rain beside London's Millennium Bridge with no memory of who she is and no way to explain why she is surrounded by dead bodies. She discovers she is a high-ranking official in Checquy, Britain's last secret service agency for people with paranormal abilities. Myfanwy makes it her mission to find out who she is, who wiped her memory and why she is a target while trying to navigate the complex world of a secret agency and the people who are a part of it. The series is based on the novel of the same title by Daniel O'Malley.

Re: Messiah on Netflix. We've watched 5 or so episodes. It moves slowly. The 5 episodes could have easily been 3. But still it's intriguing. Is he a charlatan? A radical? A magician? A messiah? Some blend of those?

We paused after one episode but may pick it up again at some point. It requires attention with periodic subtitles and is weird. Sounds like episodes 2-5 continue that theme. Not sure where it is going as a series.

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet but Season 1 and Season 2 of 'You' on netflix was a really interesting watch.

The show features a Dexter-like character named Joe who's extremely intelligent, sociopathic and at times well-meaning and overly protective all at once.

It's the first show since Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones that was binge worthy for me.

Yes, “You” is definitely binge-worthy. Now, consider watching both Seasons again, as you’ll be surprised just how much you missed the first viewing!

Just started watching “Don’t F**k With Cats” on Netflix. First episode was a bit tough to get through (my wife and I have three cats); however, the plot definitely reels you in, and am curious to see where the story goes after the first episode.

The waiter at the restaurant we went to recommended this show, but the moment he said that there were some tough parts to get through my girlfriend started crying She's super sensitive to animal cruelty (even just hearing about it)

I'll probably watch it by myself though!

Agreed.

I’ve made it through 4.5 eps, quite slow and I’m not sure where it’s going?

I’m intrigued though.

Same with my wife. She watched the trailer and said “no way” and so I’ll finish the third and final episode myself.

Currently watching Black Sails on Hulu (originally from Starz). Very well written with an interesting and originative story. Almost done with the 3rd season, four seasons in total.
