If you must know, I bought and paid for my first one, myself. My second and third (current) have both been leases. My 4th (X5 ordered) is a lease as well. All paid for out of my accounts. Well it's a TV show. A lot of times, for those types of shows, you tell them who you are and why you want to come to the show. Peter Popoff famously got caught exploiting this when someone tapped into his ear piece's radio frequency.

Also, you're watching an edited tv show which allows cold readers to thrive. They simply cut out the misses and show you the impressive "hits".

I was saying that attributing your experience to God is just as absurd as attributing it to Ghosts. You have no evidence that either had anything to do with it.

The point of the comic was that flawed logic works both ways. Once you choose to accept arguments based on logical fallacies, they can just as easily be used to make an argument against you, since they don't have to be valid and/or sound.
