^Then consider me small time as well...because I have around the same amount. lol

It's about the quality though, not the quantity with everything I have or do.

Yeah, i have good arms but nothing outrageous.

Browning citori shotguns, scar rifles and sig/fn handguns are what I have for my high end. I'd liken them to bmw, lol as an automobile analogy.

It's going to be a new golf clubs.
I just sold most of my 9 year old clubs, because my swing speed got slower (and due to my joint damage).

Good bye Ping i5 black dot ZZ65 stiff shaft....
Currently looking at used i20/25. Since I am going to be suck at golf again, I might get G20/25.

I remember when golf was my money pit. One summer, I'd be on the greens everyday! I miss those days, but it definitely started to add up! Was exciting to wake up each morning looking for hot deals on different courses to see who had 50% off green fees, haha.

I'd say my bike is my money pit, but after the initial upfront cost, they are pretty inexpensive. I can ride from my front door to the dirt trails, so I don't use gas to get me there.

My wife would be a money pit, but she makes a lot more than me. However, I did buy her a car. Her car will depreciate like no other, so I am guessing that's my money pit. She does have a Hello Kitty rear view mirror covering the OEM one. I always get a nice reminder that I am driving her car when I look into it. Notice the little pink bag hanging from the rear view mirror? Yup, Hello Kitty as well. It's a good luck charm from a temple in Tokyo. Also, she has Hello Kitty and some anime character on her key to remind people that the car doesn't belong to me.

Hellokitty never dies in our family.
My toddler is a huge hellokitty fan. She is also a huge fan of spiderman and Disney's car fan as well.

Whenever McDonald Happy meal has a hellokitty toys, McDonald will be her favorite restaurant.

Tell me about it. Sad part is that there are two other bikes in the garage not pictured. haha

I loved my old enduro!

Sport bikes......I have easily dropped over 100k on them......luckily I survived to enjoy all of them
The only thing worse would be a yacht habit.....that one may take a while

Spent 100K buying the home, 25K remodeling- beachhome in Rosarito.

Bought it/had it remodeled for my mom and grandma, needless to say- they're ecstatic!

Next is my home which is being built from the ground up. Breaking ground this summer.

Congrats! I didn't catch this the first time.

@Mr.SugarSkills - Are you also building that in Mexico? Or ground up in the LBC?

This year my home is my money pit, new fence and patio stones in the backyard, landscaping and concrete work in the front, new garage door, 2 upgraded washrooms and painting the whole house. Hopefully increases the value as we're looking to sell in August.

Yes sir- in Playas. But the home being built ground up will be for myself/future family to go vacation at.

I already own a condo at the west ocean towers in dtlb (where I stay when in SoCal) and a home in riverside (income property) in CA. The only other place is a condo at the Mosler tower in Seattle, but that's also an income property.

First couple signing bonuses/years of accumulated royalties I spent on real estate knowing it would benefit me in the long run. The home in Riverside though I took advantage of the first time home owner program back when the market had crashed in 2006-07, and my pops cosigned for me as a high school graduation gift rather than a car or vacation somewhere.

So just now playing catch up with The sports cars
