I'm adding the bath tub to the same list as the draining sewer thingy. Hell, I'm happy to seal off the whole fucking bathroom or take it back to use since it's only mildly maimed. I'm also going to consider growing an upper body muscle of any kind.

I'm 8 ft short of the old wood panel to fix a door hole with it, so I'm going to out in a window and leave the old trimmings that surrounded it in place and then I'm going to hope I can manage to hide it all in plain sight. I have Harry Potter level skills here in my mind but I'm replacing the old sides entry with a a stock window from the nearest hardware store since in a week there will be below zero C days and I really need to get the house ready for the winter.

I'm not heavy in protection as seen in the last few posts here too but today I was scrapping off 6 layers of paint from the wood panels of the tiny foyer. They were like tiny knives when they hit my skin .

You guys might think you have good friends, but the woman I have adopted against her will came by the project and watched me cussing the paint hitting my eyes. She may have watched old episodes of macgyver with me when we've had hangover days but she went and found sunglasses 40 years old, took out the lenses and put them in a condom!

I might not have gained many style points but it fucking worked. MacGyver baby!

At bedtime, I always used to play the spelling game with my kids. The last word or 2 was "ICE" or "MICE" or something like that. . They would say I C and then I would interrupt, tickle, and say I dont care what you see, spell the word.

As about everyone here knows I'm very dyslexic. I've been speaking English since I was about six (old westerns and no ability to read the subtitles made Anna a quick study) but till this day I can't spell in English. All the letters are said weirdly. an a in my language is said as an I in English and the rest of the alphabet just gets worse. It's hilarious.

I don't see how that helped. So the lenses won't get pregnant or catch herpes?

I was scrapping off paint. It's mindless hand movements you don't need much accuracy so viewing it through a lense made from a condom worked!

Safety eye thingies are really expensive here. I know, I got myself a pair when I did my nightly shopping routine. They're like 3-9 dollars for basically bullet proof shit. A 12 pack of condoms costs about a fiver or so (I think) so I wasn't exactly saving anything but time with that contraption.

My sister is 25. She's the coolest person I know and she like I is completely in love with the house. It's pretty fucking cool that a girl who has a contractor in her family comes to my site to learn how to handle shit. She was 16 when I told her that I don't give a fuck about what she wants to become in life but she needs to learn how to 1. Fix her own house. 2. Support all family members she includes to her chosen pact. 3. Fix shit MacGyver style. 4. Never ever to rely on anyone but herself and let us rest surprise positively.

Come on, I have everything from the thingies you use for metal work to face masks and so on there. Gimme some credit, I'm teaching the young.

I'm 36. And some point I will have to start acting like an adult, to start thinking before I'll fetch a sledge hammer and start swinging.

This morning, as it happens so often in my life, some mild anger had to be taken out. Since I don't need new entry points to the house, the worst fireplace ever made got my wrath. My world renown patience was tested first by the damn iron bits some fucktards thought were absolutely nessecary to hold up the ugly thing.

Anyway. It's going great. I was ordered to bed rest for a few days because the stupid broken ribs got muscles to help them out and I couldn't move for a few days. Of course the natural reaction to resting is when the meds finally kicked in to start swinging the mighty hammer. Now I'm sitting in the middle of a pile of dust and bits and pieces of the ugly fire place and the stupid muscles started acting up again.

I'm having a moment here people! I'm starting to think I'm not very smart!

I'm not sure why I keep pretending like I have any muscles at all. I don't. Why the fuck do I keep doing this stupid shit! This takes is the reason world need penises.

Taking out the fire place started off strong. I mean, I was doing it right! I started from the top, and with the not so violent tools.
