Aragonese Castle just offshore from Ischia Island, Italy. Fortifications at this location date to 474 BCE. The causeway connecting the castle to the island is a much later addition.

By the looks of that house and her attire, I would say she is household help. The homeowner may indeed have been giving her something, but I doubt that it was the vacuum cleaner.
