Just Googled - the memory foam ones are nice, but more challenging to build a giant pillow fort behind me, which is essentially what I require in order to sleep comfortably.

Challenging..., yes. But, I have great news for you. They offer superior climate control, along with extreme wind resistance. So far, none of mine have ever blown over due to inclement weather, and I think that's a tune we can all dance to.
