So damn the gym is starting to get packed! All these new year resolutioners are in full effect. Hopefully all the hot chicks keep going afterwards but that's wishful thinking.

Mine has gotten more busy as well, frustrating to an extent since my gym is on the smaller end. Whatever, they'll leave as quickly as they came. No chicks on my end, just a lot of out of shape guys in clothes that are too small lol. I hate when my clothes are too tight, usually my shirts are pretty loose as I want the range of motion. Not sure if they're trying to show off or what hahaha

I wear a variety of gym shirts/tanks. I try using hoodies sometimes but It holds heat so much that i feel like I'm going to pass out cause it's so hot. I like to wear stringers 70% of the time cause it gives me more flexibility cause it almost feels like I'm wearing no shirt. 30% are shirts that I cut off the sleeves and that also gives me room to stretch

We have the muscle beach outside, so I have a lot of options to NOT wear a shirt while working out. Trouble is I don't want to look like "that" guy. I HATE wearing shirts when I'm in the yard doing work, but somehow at the gym beach it feels funny. Not embarrassed (although that SHOULD be a reason).

I try to only wear loose cotton to the gym. The synthetics just seem to fit tighter to begin with, and even with my mild pump start to ride up and pinch in the pits.

Yeah I'm a little odd when it comes to what I wear at the gym. I prefer to stay covered for the most part. I'd prolly look pretty solid in a tank or stringer, but idk just never been a fan. I also sweat a solid bit, so it's better that I dont haha. I can see my bicep veins through my shirt sleeves anyway so don't feel like I'm missing out on too much lol

Out on the beach there isn't any "clean up" materials, so I don't worry about sweating.

Inside, even on the eliptical, people look at me funny when I get off after 15 minutes and don't wipe it down. WTF? The only thing I touched was the handles, you wipe it if you are concerned. Some with cable pulls, I only touched the bar really. Share in the beauty that is my ass-cheek sweat.

Same here....I stay covered up most all of the time. I don't have to prove anything to anyone.

For IG I follow Ryan_spiteri and theonlinecoach. They post different exercises that helps me switch up my routine every now and then. They post advice sometimes too

Youtube I take a peek at Athlean-X sometimes

Not a fan of all the youtube/instagram/whatever else shit out there personalities. Most of them are just pathological liars claiming to be natty, hard work/diet will get you here blah blah blah. Yeah hard work and diet pays off, but I mean come on how are you going to tell all these heads you're natural when you're clearly on a number of different substances.

The fitness industry is just smoke and mirrors, probably took me years to actually realize this in it's entirety. There are limits to a natural physique, unfortunately.

For the record I'm not against those who use, I'm against liars haha. I'm also not stating that using will lead to your goals either. The naive would think that if you use you're going to get ripped, but you'd be shocked at the people that use and still look like shit. I could go on and on, but it really just boils down to science. The elite body builders in this world are genetic specimens to begin with, but don't think for a second they're anything close to natural.

I'm natural, a few years ago I wanted to be a freak, thought about dipping my toes. But I want kids in the future. Yeah there are plenty of rebound substances out there clomid/tamoxifen(nolva)/etc. But there are also plenty of horror stories.

Sorry for the rant, but getting through the frustration of limitation is when you break your own boundaries. The thought that always kept me going "well if I don't keep pushing forward then I'll just be taking steps back, then what?".

I lost nearly 10 lbs on 4 days being sick just from not eating as much. Sucks balls should be water mostly cuz less full but what a waste.

Effing New year resolutioners this guy is on the fly machine just sitting there on his effing phone and I asked how many sets you got left? This mofo straight up tells me to find another machine! Literally tells me to find another machine to use! I almost bitched slapped him because how rude it came out. He could have said nicely as a freakin gentlemen oh about another few sets like a freaking normal human being. Ok rant over...wait, I forgot I gotta wait til they're all gone in January! F!!!!!
