If I'm seeing that right, it's a single whole faucet and those are the hot and cold lines going into it. They connect up where the control lever is. Unfortunately I have no idea if there is a way to work on those connections.

One of the supply lines is leaking. I'd shut off the supply to the kitchen sink until it can be fixed....

Next TV Tara project perhaps..?
