I would have taken her to McDonald's and super sized her meal. Got to splurge on the second date right?

Sigh. Some of you are totalling trolling the thread. To those that said things like "PIITB" or something similar, I am really curious to see what you guys do on actual dates and how you actually treat women.
And yes I agree that while Cirque du soleil was really cool, it's way over the top. Those tickets are hundreds of dollars...for a first date too? Baller status for sure. |

Maybe she's hooked on the baller lifestyle more than the OP eh... OR..... maybe he's trying a bait-and-switch tactic. Bait with the M3 and tickets, then switch to his potential cheap-ass, $2-noodles-for-lunch-and-dinner self. |

1. It prevents the "awkwardly dragging on" phase of a date. If you're nervous and don't have much to say after you used up all your good lines and conversation doesn't come to you naturally, then you can jet instead of prolonging the inevitable, especially since women misinterpret silence on a date as lack of interest, especially since her mind is going 100MPH (see below). Not applicable if you're decently social, but it helps a lot if you're not. 2. If you're not the greatest at being social, this gives you conversational ammunition for the next date, rather than talking about everything deep the first time around and having nothing left to discuss on the 2nd date. 3. Why do I mention cliffhanger...? Have you heard of Arabian Nights? Well, I am over-abridging this, but a king discovered his queen cheated, so he executed her, then finds a new woman until it became slim pickin'. The woman decides to tell him stories, but end at the most interesting part, and the king kept her alive just because he wanted to see where the story went. Now, what does a piece of folklore have to do with this? What you want is for her to have a fear of missing out; part ways on a high note and leave her wanting more by ways of suspense, like... talk to her about a place that pertains to her interests, but don't say too much about it. Example: If she likes Japanese food, then suggest Benihana, but not directly, as in: "Hey [her name here], I had an amazing time with you, but like I said, I had [not too lame and not too serious excuse to jet, like a meeting at work]... Oh, but on Saturday, there's this awesome place where food is not only cooked right in front of you, they can do insane tricks like landing an egg on a spatula without breaking it or having onions shoot 5-foot flames out the top." If she is intrigued and starts asking, play it off. If she kinda puts 2 and 2 together, say "you got me this time, but where we can go after is a surprise too, but it'll be awesome", then go somewhere like bowling, an arcade or even an outdoor movie (NOT the indoor theaters but a drive-in theater or seek out your community bulletin for ones at the park where you picnic on the grass). If you need to name your kid after me as a thank you, most people call me Ed but my papers say Edward (kidding)

Although Flying Ace tries to be funny with Avalon joke, but Yes the 99 Avalon is the ONLY 4 door vehicle I own right now.

I can tell you have a serious pride and love towards the Avalon, maybe more so than the M3 and the GTR I assume. Its exactly how I feel about my 09 Murano.

Hello Everyone..
I have been extremely busy at work so I couldn't even read the latest posts or have the second date yet.. So We are set up to second date for tomorrow night, but I will not take her to the Mc Donald's nor show her or let her play with my Leprechaun.. hahaha at least not yet.. So Since the first date was very successful. I want this one to be completely for both of us thinking dinner at a nice place ( I am not going to tell where cause I don't wanna see a bunch of M3's at the parking lot trying to take pictures if us) hahahaha..that would be priceless though.. Then I will take her to somewhere for a walk.. Orcun.. |

Honestly cooking her dinner at your place will be the best way to get her there

Playing with Leprechaun on 3rd (or 4th) date is a must.
