yea, he said he was up to 40% body fat when Rory pulled out of the fight but Rory has since called BJ fat, which apparently lit a fire in BJ, he said he's under 10% now. Havent seen him look this good since he dropped to 155 and wreaked havoc in the division

Was never a fan of bj back in the day, donno why. His recent change in character and attitude I'm liking tho. I'm still expecting Rory to destroy him tho.

If GSP defends the title, it HAS TO BE HENDRICKS. It would be a travesty to simply allow nick to get the shot immediately upon his return.

At the end, I personally thought it could have been done at a different time. This literally takes way a bit from the guys on the main card at this ufc event. Shit, if I was Benson, I'd be a bit pissed off. I recall when Cruz and Aldo got their belts, it was at a specialized place and time.

I fail to see how the swede can even come close to competing with jones. He looked so sloppy and clumsy against shogun, IMO his striking IMO wasn't to par for a championship contender
