You guys should be congratulated; it seemed to involved a lot of coordination! Anyhoo, not sure if anyone thought about it but maybe there is a way to use a temporary sticky poll to do the actual voting? That way you would not have to post all the votes and might be easier to track it all. Just a thought.

! Jason (Mod) has already agreed to sticky the polls while they are active. The polls will begin soon and I will make an anouncement within the next two days.

for the categories like best thread, best photographer, best meet, etc. you can check out photos that will be posted. the others well i'd say if you don't know then inform yourself, or just don't vote in that category.

yah i think nominees for best photographer should show thier best work

best thread: links will be posted in the thread u vote in.

best meet: either pics of the meet or link to the original thread of the meet.

that's my opinion...

For meets, there should be mention of one specific meet e.g. the CA crew and their Apple Pie 2 meet and the DC metro crew and the DC Metro IV event.
