Hopefully , that's the medicine ...
I had 3/4 of bottle and wifey the other 1/4 with some grub and started much earlier than midnight...was the perfect night cap
Right now wifey cooking a nice pork meal with the trimmings, don't want to see a scrap of turkey anymore.

Oh how I miss Grupe B! Those were the days. I watched 'em live in the middle of the night in 1982 on the Lombard RAC Rally during a Yorkshire forest stage. Back then, and even in the video you linked above, Grupe B was all about total driver commitment. Amazing stuff and daring.

Now, in contrast, consider the two videos below which are all about driver precision and commitment. One inch of error in the two videos below and it's quite possibly game over. Check these two vids out and listen to the wide open throttle modulation, as well as slow driver hands. I have a few other mind blowing motorsports examples if you're interested.

-----------

Good you put those vids on, certainly what Hauser does there is not for easily stirred bods.
I've seen so many vids of all types and keep going back to them and even pre Group B like the TR7 V8's gp 4's like Tony Pond. Love seing those.
