I fuqing keep waking up at Oh-RMTT worrying about getting all these WFH laptops somehow connected. The neighboring city's fire network is being held for ransom. I haven't heard details yet other than 2mil bitcoins

You can use the free version, but you have to kick the scans off yourself. They can't remember that here, so we use the paid one that runs in real time.

This was last weekend at a Garden Park in our area. It was almost 81° degrees...so I broke out the tank top.
I'm in the 180's....and losing fast. Like I said...in a tank top or no shirt, I feel like I am holding on. Put regular clothing on me.....and it's like I don't even lift.

The thing that scares me is that if I don't lift...I don't want to eat.
A coupe more months of this and I will be down in the 170lb range which is what my untrained BW is. At that point...I look like a skinny gymnast!

I guess I'll join the party. Lost about 4 lbs since the gyms have been closed for almost a month now. I do have a home gym and should be happy I do. I'd probably be losing more if I didn't. I can tell my workouts are not as intense as they are normally at the gym. I guess my issue is the whole psychological effects of having to stay at home and being mostly by myself with no other human interaction.
When this blows over, I might end up buying a set of adjustable dumb bells to round out my home gym as a just in case. |

Okay....1st pic.....I was almost 225lbs. Sorry for the blurry pic. This is old.
2nd pic....I was around 195lbs 3rd pic....I was around 185lbs. It's amazing in pictures how much bigger you look as you get leaner.

Same here. For years if I lost any weight....I felt like there goes all my gains.
But I can promise you just being a little leaner.....people think you weigh more than you do!

I had issues in the past , found 3-4 exercises online that fit my body, and did them everyday. Eventually it got to where I only had to use 1 exercise...where you are lying down. I would do it before I did squats.
