Just bottled the beer that's been fermenting for 2 weeks. Now needs to sit and carbonate for another 1-2 weeks. Lot of waste as the bottom of jug is full of sediment so can't suck that up. Ended up with 3 liter. Sediment smells awesome. Was lot of work for it and hope it tastes good but will see. Was a fun experience and wife and I are gonna take classes possibly. If did again would need better equipment and second set of hands to manipulate bottles and such while holding rack.

It was kinda forced on me, but it grew and I've come to fully embrace her new name.
