I was born in the Bay Area and I've been a 49er fan since they were playing at Kezar Stadium. I'm fed up with the ownership for all the reasons that have been making headlines all season. I simply don't care about them anymore. No interest in going to a game. I just don't care. Many thousands of loyal fans have made the same choice. Empty stands does not equal "sellout" crowds, no matter how they spin it. If disowning a team after 50 years puts me on a bandwagon, then so be it. I'm a pats fan all day, born and raised. I was saying now all the cowboy fans will root against us after all the shit they talked all year. "Oh our schedule was so hard, we're americas team, dak / Elliot are unstoppable". So sick of hearing about anything Texas related

The internet has been going savage on Dallas. I wanted them to win but that defense was just too suspect all season long and they finally met their match.
Things look bright though for Dallas. The offense will be good for years to come, and the defense just needs some more pieces in the offseason. On to the Brady bandwagon I go... |

I know they named themselves America's team in 1978 after 3 Superbowl wins. Huge accomplishment for sure. But, it was 20 years ago. This America's team thing was bad enough when they were winning Super Bowls. I might be the only one, but it just sounds silly to me and extra silly since they haven't even won their conference in 2 decades. |

Bob Ryan, now Vice President and editor-in-chief of NFL Films, coined this for the Cowboys while preparing and editing the team’s 1978 season highlight film.[6] He was quoted as saying: "I wanted to come up with a different twist on their team highlight film. I noticed then, and had noticed earlier, that wherever the Cowboys played, you saw people in the stands with Cowboys jerseys and hats and pennants. Plus, they were always the national game on television." Ryan told the NFL Network for their Top Ten Nicknames show: "I saw all these fans in away stadiums. Hey, they're the most popular team in the country. How can I use that? Why don't we call them "America's Team"? Also, the Cowboys last Super Bowl was not 1978. You are right - it was 20 years ago. They won in 1992, 1993 and 1995.

Cowboy fan here, and have always been a fan win or lose. But going into this game I had a gut feeling that Rodgers was going to light up our defense. And light them up he did. As stated in a earlier post, our defense is always suspect, and our pass defense has always seemed to be the weakest link.
I'm excited for the future of Cowboy nation, but the Boys met there match in one of the best QBs in the league. I'm pulling for the Pack and Rodgers the rest of the way. Looking forward to 2017/2018....I believe Dak and the Boys will rebound!! Go Cowboys. |

They never replaced DeMarcus Ware with any talent. Pass rusher and one shut down corner would be nice. Really just need some defensive playmakers, that hustle every play like Sean Lee.

Now- I don't care who wins as long as it's from the AFC side.
Pats/Steelers are both homos, so here's to ATL/GB winning it all. But considering the circumstances- I feel like A Rodgers deserves it the most this year
