No data transmission

Hi guys, today I have a new problem with iDrive 9.
Data doesn't work and I can't see traffic in my route.
As you can see from pic attached there are two symbols in red circles that are clear: no data transmission.
I tried to reboot 2 times the iDrive system (press and hold volume button 30 seconds), but nothing changed.
Can you help me?

I had this exact problem a few weeks back....the connection was super flaky every day but eventually just became ok. I don't think there is anything you can do about it as I think the problem is server side

Thanks for your answer.
Today I called BMW assistance from idrive icon and they told me to press SOS button to check connection. SOS call was successful, I spoke with a guy in alarm central and told him it was a test made with assistance. So the car transmission is ok, but I can't use connected drive store, traffic information, POI search and weather.
Hope to see that it works again.

try to go another place, maybe is problem in your mobile network around you, it happened often in germany, they still doing something with network
