wanted to know if you guys are getting the same great Chic Fila customer service in your area but I had to say there were at least 30 cars in front of me. There were at least 6 order takers taking orders with cars almost to the street. at least 3 people running back and forth taking money and returning with change. The crazy part is I'm not even at the Menu board where you order and more workers running out with your food already! and they all called you by your first name! it was pretty crazy and it's not like the weather was nice it was a chilling 15 degrees!
and it's not like the food sux but I actually like their waffle fries and the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. what are your guys experience whether good or bad? cause I have yet had any bad experiences with Chic Fila. one time they ran out of Polynesian dipping sauce so they were giving out complimentary cards for a free shake! ^^^^^^^ just an image I googled of how busy a drive thru can be |

Always pleasantly surprised by their service--have to say that Chick Fil A did it right. Other fast food places should take notes. Also helps that the food is good too!

I've always had excellent service at Chik-Fil-A. "My pleasure..." is a nice touch after each interaction. They seem to go out of their way to correct a less than stellar customer experience. They genuinely seem to want to do it the right way.

That's been my experience too. Even if the line wraps around the building I'm through it food in hand in under 5 minutes. I don't even hesitate when I see a long line anymore because I know I'll get thru fast.
Going inside is the same, they always have like 10 people working the counter. No idea how many they have in back of house but the food is coming out constantly. Contrast that with "Taco Bell, we out of beef beans and rice what you want" and it's a no brainer. Hate that they're closed on Sunday though. |

The closest Chik-fil-a to me is about 30 minutes. For years anytime that I was in that area it was a must that I stopped by there. One of my offices was in that area for a while so I ate there often. There are cars wrapped completely around the building from the time they open until they close. At no time have they ever messed up my order, they are always friendly and the food always arrives quickly. This is exactly how every fast food joint should be ran.
They have a honey-roasted/smoked bbq sauce that is similar to the chik-fil-a sauce that I would buy by the gallon. |

Honey pot for fat people, drive through always stuffed just like their clientele's waistline.
Besides, aren't we supposed to hate them for their political views on something? |

Couple of years ago when some LBQGT (or whatever that acronym is) tried a national boycott of Chick-fil-A over Dan Cathy's statement about marriage, the lines went out into the street, all the way down the street, through a couple of intersections, past the Chevy dealership on the next corner. Easily a half-mile bumper-to-bumper. How did the Chevy dealership handle the traffic? They hired security to direct traffic. So much for a boycott. Hands-down the best fast food in town.

My company services one and I can tell you that they want everything perfect...never complain about cost either. What helps is the owner can only own one and it has to be their full time job. At least it use to be, think it still is. Other fast-food accounts want the bare minimum to get them by.

It's pretty foking ridiculous just how busy this place is. And the fact that they "strictly limit" franchise owners in proximity too close to one another (I'm talking several miles apart) does not help consumers.
the food is good across the board and the service is consistent. Definitely attributed to their Christian owner and faith ethic that directly effects their business modeland hours: closed on Sunday. But I've turned away several times due to lines. I'm pretty sure they will remain ultra profitable though. |

As far as the long waits I prefer to order ahead on their app. You can select drive-thru, carry-out, or curbside (at some locations). I also like the amount of customization you can do to your order with the app.

Love them but one if locations here has had quality problems with respect to delivery. I typically order the Chicken Tortilla soup which is EXCELLENT though not always available and should have it's own food group. I have only, however received the order correctly 1 time in the last 6 or 7 times I've been there. It's either been missing a spoon, the tortilla strips, a straw, etc. Management has been very accommodating when I surfaced the issue with them but it still happened. This is the location closest to the university and has the highness percentage of college students working there so I can't help but think there is some correlation.
Other than that, I love them and fully support them as a business.
