How can this orange X1 xDrive28 with so little rear-end damage be considered totaled?

How can this orange X1 xDrive28i with so little rear-end damage be considered totaled? Or does that look like frame damage? It's being auctioned off at one of those salvage auctions:

There are two pics showing the passenger side and the front wheel looks kind of odd like it got pushed in but difficult to say besides the obvious rear end impact. Ad says undercarriage so guess it doesn’t take much to total it.

the listing says "Under carrage" and the passenger side wheel is pushed out.

Looks like frame damage.
