CarPlay No Sound Sometimes

My BMW iX1 is 2024 model and adapt with iDrive 9. I am using digital keys on iPhone and use CarPlay for music/navigation/calls, but the serious issue is there is no sound sometimes when using CarPlay. Even restart the system by holding volume controlled for a while, it is no sound after restart and reconnected. The firmware version is 03/2024. It is very noisily issue

and there is no sound during whole trip, even cannot answer calls.
Anyone has this issue? Any way to fix it? Or any suggestion?

I have only encountered a similar issue once, but I heard my phone speak navigation directions by itself instead of muting the music and using the car's sound system.
I checked the AirPlay settings on my iPhone and changed the sharing from iPhone to CarPlay.
No more such issues.

Call BMW corporate and complain.
