So my x1, according to the website, went to the ‘At the port’ status on April 27th. Until last week it was still in that status until Tuesday may 9th, it then went to the ‘in transit’ status so I assumed it finally made it onto a boat, a few days later the status switched back to at the port, I read forums and it said that happens when the boat stops at other ports so I didn’t think much of it, I checked the status again on the 15th and it was still in the at the port status. I decided to call BMW genius and they told me that it finally got to the port on the 9th and doesn’t even have a assigned ship yet, did anyone have or had this problem with their x1?
