Production stop, required change in specs

Hello guys,
I got a call from dealer that my car ordered in February (in Poland) is on hold due to change in BMW specification. To proceed I have to accept change of seat finish from alcantara with sensatec to alcantara with veganza perforated material. Also they said I had to decline "panoramic screen" as it's holding the production as well. For the seat finish change they said I have to pay extra 300$. It's crazy I have to pay so my car proceeds with production, it's not my fault they changed the spec. Also I’m worried about the panoramic screen, they said it’s required to be removed to implement some software upgrade ( maybe I drive 9? ) but the console and screen should remain as is. I’m concerned I will miss some option because of it.
Did any of you encounter similar situation recently ?

The change of specs look like follows:
ADD:
KUMY - Veganza perforated N Mocha

REMOVE:
FKHMY - Sensatec N Mocha
S06WC - Panoramic screen

Alcantara seat was available in mocha in Europe?

I would make a fuss about it. There was a hike in prices for these U11 cars, but then the local dealer (which there is only one in where I live) is honoring old prices despite the change in the seat materials.

Actually I’m not sure why is says Mocha. I ordered black alcantara, only available on Msport package and the dealer said that after this change the color will stay the same, strange…
