Dealer Damaged Door

Took the X1 in for a recall on Tuesday and the service dept have managed to dent/chip the Passenger door.
I spoke to them and they got me to take it into their bodyshop for a quote, just waiting to hear when they can get it booked in.

Oh no how annoying, our dealer takes a photo of the entire car when you drop it off. If they damaged it should have proof then they caused it. In the past I have taken photos before I drop it off after a colleague had to take a dealer to court before they would fix damage they caused.

To be honest I was going to do a video when I dropped it off but didn't. When service advisor spoke to Technician he confirmed no damage when he took it in so it appears it has been caused by the pressure washer lance, its only tiny but as you say annoying.
