My travels not working - BMW App

Hi everyone, I picked up the new car on Thursday 28th March. Until Thursday 4 April the app showed me the trips made with consumption, average speed, distance, etc.
Since Friday 5 April it has no longer been updated and I can't see my trips within the app.
The other functions of the app work, such as remote opening or location. I tried logging out and logging in to the app, but to no avail.
Has this happened to you? Do you know how to solve it?

I have had this happen and sorted it by taking my phone into the car doing a reset of the idrive by holding down volume button in centre console until it reboots (about 40 seconds) then going into settings and make sure your data settings are set to all.
That has worked for me on idrive 8.

Are you logged in to the car with the same profile as on the app. If you assign a key to you and one to your wife, you only see the journeys you did on your profile.

Mine has never worked and it bothered me for a week then I thought “why did I need this info in the first place?” and I haven’t given it a second thought since

Yes I am.
I have only one profile (mine) and I use only one key.

I have tried to reboot idrive pressing volume for 30/40sec, but doesn't change anything.
Maybe it needs time, I'll check next few days.

Mine has done the same after updating the system to 11/2023.73.

No trips recorded. My key is not recognised and the screen is dancing around from the top as if an invisible finger is trying to pull down the shortcuts menu then gives up repeatedly. What a shambles.

Try a car re-start - same for phone, updated to 11/23 and no issues and all fine still within the app. Did get an alert in the system in the car to re-approve a new set of data to be shared or similar when we got in it mind so that could have been missed.

Hi everyone, another one here with the same problem since last update 11/2023.73 my trips don´t upload but today i reset the idrive pressing volumen button for 30 secs "car must be running engine" and now i works again. Just try it

One question how do you restart phone properly? i have some problems with android lossing connection and maybe is because of that...

Exactly. I was ready to write you that I solved the problem just deactivating and reactivating the option "my travels" from the iDrive menù
