X1/X2 OS9 Europa users: Is your navigation talking? (voice commands)

Hi, pls tell me if in your EU country, this is working ...

I have this option "greyed" and cant be enabled ...

Yes, in France no problem of voice navigation instructions.

I'm even disappointed not to be able to lower the sound below a certain minimum level when the passengers are sleeping

Ok, thanks, i dont understand why Navi in my car is not working like yours. Its not alone car, all X1 and X2 with OS9 in 2 dealers around me has the same problem, personally checked ... all cars has this option "greyed" and cant be enabled.

PS. Voice assistand not working too, and even if i switch to any other language ...
