Question Effective wasp traps?

The soda, beer & sugar thing didn't work.

Any other effective homemade wasp trap ideas to try?

Do you know where the nest is?

I've had some minor success with boric acid and sugar... Or it could have just been the cold that killed them.

Haven't found it, but they keep trying to make one on or around my deck. I need to get the ladder out & check the gutters.

I can't really comment on how to bait and trap them, but a foam cannon will take out the nest. I usually keep a spray bottle with some car shampoo and water for times individual wasps (really any insects) are bothering me.
