I’m restarting this thread since I figured there are enough 2024 owners here now.

I’m the last 3 weeks I have faced the following issues.

1. I have no way to reset or change my trip data. The user manual gives me instructions but they don’t work and the option in system settings aren’t even there. (Anyone have an answer for this?)

2. Car play dropping. No rhyme or reason. But usually it’s a phone call that makes CarPlay fully disconnect

3.driver assistance deactivating during driving (no pattern yet defined)

4. Startup time getting slower

5. Comfort access sometimes takes 2-3 touches

• Drive recorder lost - still active, app just gone
• Centre console and hud didn't work
• Car refused to reverse due to pdc, nothing was there, display showed red line on rear passenger door
• Lost shortcuts, repeatedly
• Generally slow UI

I've started keeping track of my issues for when I go into the dealers.

If this is supposed to be only for MY24 owners I'd recommend editing the title to reflect MY24 only. Or, just consider adding theses issues to the existing thread at https://u11.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=2022651

Also, If you want to have a meaningful discussion, you need to state Your iDrive version. (11/2023.25 etc.)

Version is ID9.

Had problem with Android Auto dropping but a solution may now be to connect to both bluetooth and wifi in the car which seems to be working (more detail in thread specifically on this issue).

Finding 'Hey BMW' too intrusive. Number of times been having a conversation in the car and have suddenly found the car is planning a new route or other
changes having just picked up on a word in the conversation. While we had said BMW, we did not say the phrase 'Hey BMW'. If only I can change the car's name, this might stop being an issue. Not sure if this is an ID9 issue or something thing else.
