Hey guys, few days ago received my new X2.

I have set up successfully the Digital Key Plus on my iPhone and Apple Watch.

Most of the times I have the physical key with me too.

Although, I find it a bit clunky with all 3 keys on me.

Which of the 3 takes priority to unlock/start/lock the car? With the comfort access enabled or disabled?

Also, the other day had my family in the car and stopped at a nearby shop.
Took my phone with me (and the Apple Watch apparently) and left the physical key in the car.
Then the car turned off, and they had no climate nor radio in the car.
How it’s supposed to work with the car running in parking mode so the climate control won’t stop?

Cheers from 🇬🇷

For my X1, the digital key takes priority. I have it both on my watch and phone, but the watch takes priority over the phone, followed by the fob. I can lock the fob in the car as long as the watch or phone are outside the car.

Thanks for the fast reply.
And when you have people in the car and you would like to hop off for a 2 minute job with your phone and watch on you?
How it is supposed to work so the climate control won’t turn off?

I actually haven't had the need to do that. There was one time I had my father with me and I had to run in to a shop to get something, but the weather is fair here and we were under a covered parking garage. I rolled down the windows and disabled the proximity locking temporarily with the shortcut I created. I also disable the proximity locking/unlocking feature when I need to valet the car, otherwise the feature interferes as soon as I walk away and the valet tries to get in.

I see, the comfort access seems to be a PITA these few days I have it.
So much to do for such a simple job.
Any feedback from other owners would be appreciated.

I've added digital keys to my phone and my wifes but turned passive off, as the car locks and unlocks every time we take the dog for a walk. Even with that turned off it still gets confused.

On Saturday my wife got in the driver seat and the car came to life and logged into her profile, all good. I then came to the car to put some stuff in with my key in the pocket, I then walked away to get into another vehicle. The X1 locked and a few seconds later the alarm started to go off! She had to unlock with her fob and all was good again.

I would have assumed the first fob it detected is the master one until you get out. My key shouldn't have taken over??

I've had that but 'think' it doesn't happen once the ignition is on?
