Remote camera / enable data privacy

I’m trying to use the myBMW app to use remote external / internal camera and keep getting this message telling me to Enable the data privacy settings. From my car I navigate to the “data privacy” menu and I’ve turned them all on, including the ones to allow me to use my app to view the camera.

I went back and toggled them all off/on , waited 24 hours, and still same message. Any thoughts? What am I doing wrong?
