Not sure if anyone else noticed this but the online configurator in the US now includes the M Sport Pro Package, but at $1100 rather than the $1500 listed on the order guide (and on my build sheet).

Anyone have any details on this? I am waiting to hear back from my sales guy but wanted to see if anyone else had noticed or had any more info.

Looks to me like you just choose the color of the brake calipers.

Both blue and red caliper options show up for the $1100 online. My build has red and is showing on the build sheet/ order and pricing guide at $1500. Was curious if others saw the same on their builds.

I think that’s a great catch and I notified my CA. Will update but my guess is that they may have downgraded what the option includes for us spec? Didn’t seem like it added anything in a performance aspect, which is kind of disappointing, so it was 1100 for the seats and the option to get red calipers, and shadow line/extended shadow line package (it forces you to remove it when selected before selecting m sport pro pkg) which is a pretty good deal if you look at it from an economical sense.

I have a hunch the seatbelts disappeared in the us spec

I agree. The 2 things I’m not seeing in the configurator that were in the release photos (other than the ugly US spec headlights) are the m stripe seatbelts and the m stitching on the steering wheel.

But again may just be things missing on the configurator… time will tell. But just trying to make sure none of us are paying the extra $400 for this. I’m sure some dealers won’t point it out.

Great catch. I called my CA before production started because I wanted the red calipers and basically I had to dish out the extra $400 just for that. So good to know we will be saving a little bit of cash now

So was the red caliper option $400 extra?

On the original order guide it seemed like the red and blue options were included in the base price and the Grey upgraded calipers were extra.

At the time, blue calipers were standard and in order for me to get red was to add the m sport pro package that wasn’t available directly on the online configurator. Just like you said, it basically packages the seats, shadow line and calipers. That was my only way of getting red calipers. It was priced at $1500 at the time, early sept.

Yep! Weird.

I’m planning on swinging by the dealer today to ask about as well. We’ll see what they say.

Going back and forth with the CA now, “I am sure they will make adjustments once it arrives at the port“

We’ll see, I haven’t signed anything besides the deposit slip, so negotiations haven’t begun.

This is now similar to the "heated seats and steering wheel" option for $550 when it says in the detail slip that it is actually standard for the car.

I ticked it when ordering to make sure I get the heated seats, but when comes time to pay will be bringing this up with dealer. Good to know on the MPro package as well!

Where do you see that heating steering/seats is standard? I’m not seeing that.

But also, this may call for a new thread as well… but we should talk about negotiation points. Msport pro package at the top right now

Just stopped at the dealer, they confirmed that my build has it at 1500 but newer build have it at 1100. He says it could be the color of the brakes… But as far as I know, red is the standard on the M Sport Pro pack so that doesn’t make any sense.

He said it might be an issue on the configurator as well, but then his newer build shouldn’t be showing at 1100 instead of 1500.

He said, either way will work it out when the car gets here and we have it in person, we may have to reach out to corporate to figure that one out… So I guess we’re on standby for a little while. But at least it’s documented.

Just compared the current configurator to my spec sheet. Looks like mine also had the heated seats/steering wheel as NC. Therefore, the configurator now is $150 more, even though the Pro package is $400 cheaper.

Where do you see that it's a standard feature for this model?

Weird… can you show where you see them as standard? I have mine paid so I am a bit confused on this as I did not see these as no cost. But will certainly keep this in mind to ask when my car arrives.

Heated steering wheel isn’t included though… so I guess that is where it comes from. Weird it would be listed as heats and steering wheel though if seats are already included. I guess it makes it easier to motivate people to choose the option rather than just calling it heated steering wheel.

Can we get clarity on whether or not all of you have 1. Chosen/or not the option for the heated seats/steering. 2. Whether the N/C listed for those who did not choose the heated seats/steering pkg, just means it's not equipped with it?

Point being, my build sheet shows the Heated seat/steering pkg as $550 charge, but the line items also say "N/C" next to each individual line item.

I messaged my CA, and he's saying the pricing is all messed up from corporate and as of now all the msrp pricing is "blocked" for now, meaning they are probably recalculating all these items. He also reassured me that they would rectify pricing prior to delivery and i wouldn't be double charged for a package if it came standard.

On the first page of my Order Sheet it has N/C for Heated steering wheel and front seats but on the second page it is a $550 option.

I myself chose the option. In the case of packages, what often happens as the price shows up next to the package price but next to the Items themselves that are added with the package it will show no cost because there are already being paid for as part of that package.

But it seems in this case, some of us who have not optioned this are seeing the heated seats as a no cost option. I am assuming that adding the steering wheel heating is what’s bringing the price up and they may get more traction selling it calling the package, heated steering wheel and Seats rather than just steering wheel, even though the seats are technically a no cost option.
