Angry Creaking Leather M Sport Seat...

Is anyone else experiencing a creaking drivers seat?
This is doing my head in. If i move the seat slightly then it stops creaking for a little while but it soon starts creaking again. It is on the right hand side. I am not 100% sure if it is the base or the side bolster.

Not had any creaking from mine in the 12 months I’ve had it.

That is good to hear. 😊
I only noticed the creaking after having a dashcam fitted by the dealership. Probably totally unrelated. My seat had been moved though by the short arse who brought my car round to the front of the dealership when i went to collect it, but again this shouldn't have anything to do with it creaking.

Did you have the rear dashcam fitted? I had it fitted in an x3 and they removed all the trim to run the wires under it.

Probably worth checking the trim and making sure it’s all seated correctly.

I think they have run the wires down the passenger side of the car from what i can see. I really didn't fancy taking it back to the dealership because they are pretty useless. But i might not have much option unless someone on here has had the same issue and knows a fix.
Thanks for your advice so far.
Much appreciated.

When they did the X3 they ran the wires down the drivers side but I think that was due to the way they had to link into the fuses but I don’t know if it’s the same on the X1.
Hope you get it sorted.
