Are you able to take and share a picture of the look with the daytime running lights? Many of us are interested. Pictures are hard to find.
Here's some photos of the headlights. I like that the inidicators use the same part of the lamp, which means the DLR on the side of the active indicator switches off, making the indicator more obvious.

Thanks Duncs1961 for this fast update.
Finally some pictures.
I will have those headlights as wel.
It is less "high tech" as the adaptives but they will do.

I've just written this in another thread:

I've driven twice now in pitch black conditions on country lanes, and I have to say the headlights are really good. That said, this is the first car I've owned that has LED headlights, so I suppose any kind of LED headlight is going to be an improvement over halogen to me.

I do like the way the DRL switches off on the side of an active indicator - I think it makes the indicator more obvious to other drivers as it is not obscured by an adjacent bright white light like some other cars.

I'm sure the adaptive headlights are fantastic, but to me, even the standard LED headlights on my X1 are far better than what I had on my last car! When ordering my new car, I just thought the £1,200 package for adaptive headlights (and a couple of other addons in the bundle, I forget what they were) wasn't justifiable.

As an aside, I love quality sound, so one of my indulgences was the Harman Kardon sound system - well worth the £500!

After 3 cars with HIDs and 3 cars with LEDs, I would never go back to halogens. I see cars with halogens driving toward me, and half the time, I think they only have their DRLs on.....

I think I've only ever owned 2 cars that didn't have HID or LED's. I even retrofitted EU spec HID Projectors to my '00 GTI since they weren't offered here. My '06 Scion xB I have as a beater currently still has halogens and I'm so tempted to buy a set of aftermarket projectors and HID's for it, but it would cost as much as I paid for the car lol.

20i M Sport in Storm Bay delivered today. Dealer advised that any orders placed now for petrol X1s will be 2024, likely mid year.

Yikes.

Yep, ordered our 30e last week and the guy was telling me they simply can't get a hold of the 20i petrol engine version.....I'm not sure what the exact delay with that particular version is but it looks like anyone wanting one will be in for a looong wait.

On a side note, really love that Storm Bay colour and it's the one we've gone for on ours. Really appreciate it how it's not a generic and dull grey but one that comes alive during the day giving it an almost blueish tint.

I suspect the 20i is popular as it can be grabbed for under £40k, the tax is less and it’s the cheapest petrol you can get in the UK and for most does the job in these busy roads we have.

I saw my first X1 in blue today and it was a 20i ironically.

Looks fantastic, we have the same black now on the old X1, moving to blue for a change. It is a labour of love or hate keeping a black car in good condition, worth it for that hour after it’s done though.

Here's my X1 20i M Sport in Cape York, my first long motorway drive and the fuel consumption is showing 54mpg, I did use the 'Driving Assistance Plus' most of the way. This is my first petrol car in over 20 years. The cost of diesel in the UK is mad. I remember have a Peugeot 306 as my first diesel car and diesel was half the price of petrol.

I had several 306 d turbo and they were fantastic cars, like go karts, one Autocar test even compared them to Porsche for handling! I loved the Paninferina exterior and interior design details.

The 20i will end up doing mid 30s average consumption once you have had it for a few thousand miles and mixed short and long drives. The 18d should do 50mpg + so should still work out favourably for deisel but with the better torque profile I still favour deisel, but it’s nowehere near the advantage of years ago now diesel is 10% more expensive over ULP…

I can’t decide between Blue Bay Lagoon and Storm Bay. When I see cars like the Audi Q3 with Turbo Blue I change my mind back to Storm Bay.
