I also had make about 12 hours of phone calls to BMW corporate & to go to local dealer 3 times in March to FINALLY get it to work in my 2024 x1, I picked up on December 27,2023, to work in vehicle. I pushed them to extend the 3 months of complimentary subscription through mid June 2024.
