Great, yeah no issues with the noise. It's a quiet ride. My wife's 2022 MDX is much louder around town and on the highway.

I've only test driven the X1 about 3 hours total. I thought it was very quiet on mediocre city streets and interstates at 70mph.

However, there is one noise that kind of bothered me... the leather steering wheel was very noisy when I move my hands around it. (like two pieces of extremely dry beef jerky rubbing against each other)

it used to be that Acura and Lexus are super quiet, at least when compared to Mercedes, BMW or Audi.

These days, I'm not so sure what Toyota is doing to Lexus(or Honda doing to Acura)... even the brand new 2023 Lexus RX that just came out was not as quiet or insulated as the previous gen RX that it just replaced.(engine and wind noise) It's not even as quiet as the U11 X1 at 70mph, which was a surprise to me during the test drives.
