I've enjoyed Iglesias' stand up routines in the past, but this movie has gotten mixed reviews. It's 56% on rotten tomatoes according to critics, although 88% of the audience said they "liked" the movie.

Anyone here see this "movie?" (I put "movie" in quotes because it's really a stand-up, IIRC).

I like him and his brand of comedy. I won't be seeing this though. I prefer the "live" version of stand up.

i'm sure it's filled with the same old tired and overly used Mexican accents, stories about one of his Mexican aunts and some funny story directly influenced by a churro.....

comedians can typically be funny whenever they want, especially out in public if you're hanging out with them, but I'm not a fan of scripted stand-up.....

had a long weekend, time to wind down here at work.....

been a long time since I was unhappy....

getting squirted by the Yoplait Yogurt in the first world problems thread is pretty much as bad as it gets for me....
