very weird

Ive been running cobb stg1+fmic and constantly.get rough idle ... while switching to cobb from oft itoso happened that I changed valve cover gasket and been thinking the job didn't go well and issue is rough hence, also pcv o ring broke and I used after market one that didn't fit as snug, so could be that.... however. today I just switched to map 0 and to my surprise there it's no rough idle AT ALL ... I even ordered new valve cover
Has anyone noticed this intriguing issue, my vacuum is dead on -26
