Just ordered Stage 2 fuel-it! WOOT!

Finally got my car full bolt on, and tried running 30-35%e85 and it ran so much faster for a few hits but i think it was too much concentration and was hitting over boost without e85 back end. Anywho i def want to be able to run BMS back end E85 flash on Map 7 so got the stage 2 fuel it kit and was wondering who else is running them, they're thoughts, HP gains, any info!!

Anyone running the Fuel it stage 2 drop in kit? Looks easy to install, any tips or tricks? Feel free to add them.

How much harder is this thing gonna pull?

Fuel-it.biz

From reviews on here it's the best kit for the money, allows for close to straight e85 to be ran safely. Pump has a warranty as well!

The stage 2 pump will allow for high Ethanol concentrations but that doesn't mean your HPFP will agree. Usually anything over E70 the HPFP starts to take a dive. Stick to around E60 which will be 100oct and enough to run map 7 or map 3 with 65-75add (65add is basically map 7 but 75add peaks at 19.5psi). Great thing about map 3 is you can switch your additive on the fly so you can run 65add daily then if you need a little extra power you can switch to 75add. However, not all cars will be able to hit the 65-75add psi marks so log and post them up.

Is there a 100% ethanol solution other than the PTF's new hardware?

On the actual fuelling side I assume not the supply side? @07Tundra and @SteveAZ both offer 100%e85 capable lp side supply pumps. Motiv(PTF) has a new drop in bucket capable of 100%e85 supply and fuelling when paired with the port injection kit. Vargas has the Shotgun hpfp kits dropping this fall for 100%e85 capable fuelling when paired with a good lpfp option.

Love my pump, it's tricky getting everything hooked up if you have big hands but stick with it!

Also, run your tank way down first. Half tank was manageable but I really wished I'd driven down near empty.

Yeah I know we are covered on the LPF side, but my understanding was even with the LPF covered, the HPFP couldn't handle 100% e85. PTF is really just the same as SteveAZ and 07Tundra right? Their port injection, while AWESOME, is a little out of question since it needs a standalone to run and is really only valuable on singles I feel like. Maybe an assumption...

If you don't want to run port injection the the Vargas shotgun kits are the only option. A double barrel kit should support most singles so just the single barrel addon kit should be good if your talking hybrid turbos.

Ahh yeah that's right. Forgot about the Vargas option on HPFP. Thanks Ingeniator!

What's your mpg currently? How many miles per tank you get?

I'm interested in seeing how much the e85 would impact the mpg. Please note that as well

SteveAz is a great guy!! You will be very happy with his kits.

I run e60 with the inline 255 on jb4 map 7 and get 240-260 each tank in the city. I don't really see much highway time.

Im seeing about 17-18 mpg city driving.

That is still pretty good. I get between 21/27. 27 Is a straight highway trip. I think I converted right we have a 16 gallon tank? I get about 700km a tank pure highway on 94.
