anyway to test fuel pump on z4???

2006 z4 3.0si
anyway to test to see if fuel pump is ok? dont see anywhere to attach gauge
when I floor it used to drive perfect now it stutters feels like missfiring but no code for misfire
(getting o2 sensor code all 4 of them and p0212 camshift timing retard )

Could be a bad spark plug.

how to test spark plugs ? dont want to change all of them for nothing

and back to original question anyway to test fuel pump ?
