Welcome Pack

I have just received a welcome pack. In addition to a lot of useless guff it contains a credit sized card printed start stop. Doesn't say what it's for and I have no idea. Anyone know?

If I remember correctly, the card had a snap off USB stick that you can load to your PC for some more BMW info?
