I don't know of a local source for these wheels but my brother bought a set of LM wheels from this ebay store and was pleased with the wheels:

The wheels have a very nice finish didn't require a lot of weights for the balancing of the wheels. They cost him 800$ plus an additional 240$ (shipping, duty and brokerage), they marked the purchase for 400$ instead of 800$ (paid half the duty). The packaging was first class and shipping was quick.
