Car sitting for week / Options??

Just moved a half mile away from work, which means my 330i will be sitting in the garage in my apartment complex majority of the week. So, for at least 5 days at a time the car won’t be driven. I’ll make it a point to take it for a spin on the weekends even if I don’t have plans to head out.

I don’t have access to an electrical outlet in the garage and I’m pretty sure my cig. plug doesn’t work when the car is off/key fob out. I’ve been thinking about hooking up a battery tender… CTEK 3300 / 4.3, but is that even an option?

What would you guys do/suggest?

Are you not going to take it out for a spin even after work? Like never going to use it even to go buy some groceries and what not?

Everything I need is within a few blocks from home. My gym, Shoprite, Walmart, Target, CVS... etc! No need to take the car out during the week. Groceries can wait till the weekend.

I don't daily drive my car, sometimes it sits in the garage for a week straight until the weekend. it'll be fine, I've never had an issue. Now when I park it for 5-6 months for winter then that's when a tender will be nice.

I work for an airline. I ROUTINELY leave mine for two weeks at a time.
Your car is a fancy appliance that has no soul (really)
Just drive it and be happy.
It will be fine!

I live just a few blocks from school and drive my car usually only on weekends. Sometimes I don't drive it for more than a week. It's fine.

I would plug on a battery tender, and leave a laptop inside with some BMW videos on repeat so the car doesn't get too lonely or bored while it's not being driven.

Maybe sleep inside the car a couple times a week so it knows you still love it. Plus it'll keep the leather soft.

Mine regularly sits a week at a time - no worries and no need to put a tender on it - I only put a tender on mine if it sits for more than a week and I only do that because I have a dashcam running all the time and after 2 weeks I get a low battery message with it running.
