Bumped into a lady who hit my vehicle 2 years ago.

I was driving on our family mobile (Avalon) today with my wife, and saw a parked vehicle which look really familiar. I went into that parking area and found out it was a lady who backed into my 2002 Hyundai XG350L (my baby which I do not own now) with her E93 BMW 335i at Costco parking lot.

It happened on 8/8/2012, and I settled it for $200 on the spot, because the paint scratches can be buffed out. Yes, I checked under the vehicle and etc.

What a coincidence. I hope she is a member here.
BTW, I drive an E93, but Gold E93 with top up is not as attractive as other color.

Isn't this one of those threads we tune out as soon as we see Costco? I agree. It's like I saw the guy who sold me this house at the supermarket, but I'm not going to start a thread and post pics of the guy.

I think it means "luxury" meaning you get an upgraded trim package.

you know that is the best way to handle, if it is minor deal with it on the spot and be done with it no need to include insurance in things like that.

If the cost of the repair is less than the deductible, yes.

Sure, if you're the person who hit someone else. Not if you're on the receiving end mate.

L is some luxury package with little different trim, leather, etc etc. I guess for 2002 standard, it was luxury. I thought it was a great family vehicle at the time I purchased it. I realized it wasn't as nice after filling my 2st-3rd fuel tank. I think this vehicle actually does far worse than epa estimate.

Yeah, we settle it for $200. It buffed out right away. HOwever, her vehicle probably had to be repainted. Looks like she did a good job looking at yesterday's photo.
