E90 Xenon Dark Spot???

Can anyone shed any LIGHT on this??

Just had my off side light replaced after having gone randomly purple... Not there's a dark spot when lights are on at night. Had the bulb replaced thinking it was a faulty bulb and it seems to still be there but a little worse? Am I just seeing things or am I crazy??

Does anyone else know of this or a fix for this?

Park facing a wall and see if both the patterns look the same.A bulb incorrectly fitted will look a bit wonky.
