Came back and hard to shift

I left for the weekend and the car sat. I start it up this am and it's hard to get in the gears (six speed manual). Any ideas? Will it go away on its own?

It's my daily driver, I drive it all the time. I've had all the maintenance done and have no issues with the car. It's pristine. Maybe I just need to break it in more? clueless right now

tensioners and drive belt

The problem was 2/3 tensioner bearings were loose and need a new drive belt. Not good, not fun. Just lost all my play money for the next three months.
