I'm going to call mine 'Ex Wife' because she cost me a lot of money and I won't have to deal with her soon (lease end).

My e30 is just a gold digger :/

My E93 is called "The blue car." That helps differentiate it from our X5, which is "the truck," and the Audi, which is "The Audi."

Mine is named Missy!!! Named so because she is my mistress.

To those naming naysayers out there you need to lighten up a bit and show your car a little more respect. After everything our cars do for us and all the fun they provide the least we can do is give them a damn name. It creates a special bond between man and machine.

Although I do refer to my car as a "her", I still call her "car". Really, she doesn't mind that at all.

I never named my cars. But my 4 1/2 year old does. He named our 335d the "Gup-D" from the Octonauts and now calls the 335xi "B" for the "B" in BMW. He named the 911 Ferdinand for Ferdinand Porsche and calls his mom's GLK350 "Bridget" because he liked Bridget in his camp this summer. I have to admit I think the naming thing is a little silly, but I enjoy the names he comes up with and they have surprisingly stuck with us. He loves cars, which is great to see. Hopefully he will be turning a wrench with me soon.

Every BMW i've owned has just been called Bimmer (I say it Beemer though, because dgaf). My friend's POS cars get better names. My buddy's 05 Camry in Beige on Tan leather is the P*ssy Wagon, my other friend's Prius is the Speed Demon, and the Golf Mk4 with peeling roof liner is the Rocket Ship. (Yes, my friends have boring cars)

Oddly, my BMW doesn't really have a name, it's just "The BMW". My other three cars do:

Spitfire = Freddie (named by a lady friend long ago)
Fiat Abarth = Pazzo (and I have that as the license plate)
Range Rover = Liz (after the Queen, of course)
