Grill 'M' Badge

I've seen very few pictures of this and cant seem to find any information on this?

It looks like the M4 grill badge but without the '4' looks really nice and would like to know if this is a part from BMW or a DIY job?

I just received my M4 grill from get bmw parts, and I will just take the 4 off. The m4 black grill really looks nice!

I was thinking that, I plan on changing to black kidneys. If I'm going to change I may as well get the M4 grills...

Let me know how you get on?

From what I can see its the same as de-badging the back of the boot. I've just ordered some performance grills which were a lot cheaper than I was expecting.

It is really easy. I just used some fishing line, carefully pulling underneath. They both popped off, and I just used the same doubletape thats already on to senter the M-bagde

I was quoted a smudge under £200 for the pair. That's the performance grills. The standard M4 grills with the chrome outer kidney are £150ish.
