F10 or F36? Choosing issue
Hi, im about to order a new company car and i have such a hard time to decide wether i want the brand new F36 or the rock solid F10
F10 or F36? Options will be, AW, M-Sport, Automatic gearbox. (In an F36 i will get Professional Navigation with Connected drive in the same price as the F10) Cold weather package and Comfort package, (Phone, Xenon, PDC) is more or less standard here in Sweden. I will for sure fit 20" wheels and H&R Sport springs. Family is me, fiance, two kids 3 and 10 years old. I´ve been driving BMWs for the last 20 years, even sold them for 9 years. Now i´m in the tyre business driving 90000km/56000miles yearly since our HQ is in Stockholm 325km/200miles from where i live. I go there twice a week and besides that i co-travel with our sales guys all over south/mid Sweden. I know, from a comfort perspective it should be an F10...but still i will install H&R sport springs and 20" wheels since im vain and its nice to show our premuim tyres off as well Of course i´ve driven both and thats the problem... i cant decide!! |

Hehe. They think I'm just a nerd who can't decide.
Like your car by the way! One of many reasons I'm leaning towards an F10 now. Even liked you old E91, had one myself back then Whats the offset of your wheels? I think 20" align perfect with the body of the F10 and like it wide but rubbing aint that fun. |

Thanks, but I never had an e91, but I did have a Le Mans Blue e90.
Offset is ET26 front and ET46 in the rear. But my rears are 11" wide and I have 295/30/20 tires. It's more common to have 10.5" wide rear wheels with 285/30/20 tires, and those are normally between ET35 and ET40.

Thanks, then i'll go for 20x11 if it'll end up being a F10. All in or nothing! Here´s my old E91, i liked that car. |

The F36 is a very nice car, but the F10 is more refined and the interior is so much better than the 3 and 4 series.
