2012 BMW 335is hood!!
I have searched high and low but am having trouble finding a hood for my 2012 BMW 335is. I still have a factory front bumper and factory fenders but every time I find a hood I like it apparently won't fit my car (Always for a 2007-2010). I am not very knowledgable on the different models of the 3 series. I'm in love with the vorsteiner GTS3 Vented Hood but am not going to spend that kind of money. Anyone know of a hood similar to this or just a M3 style hood that will fit my car? Thank you

Any aftermarket hood for an E92 (not M3) will fit your car. Lots of options. Look on sites like JGMods, Modmy3 and others. Seibon is one reliable brand that comes to mind that's cheaper than Vorsteiner

Looks like @buzzard beat me to it..
Was going to recommend SEIBON as well. I think they started out making body parts for Hondas, but eventually branched out to cover more brands/makes. I've seen their recent work at shows like SEMA, and they seem decent. http://seiboncarbon.com/store/produc...is=74&make=174

You can get a solid piece for it or just clear set off of eBay. |

Your car looks way nice. Excellent choice. I'd think twice about an aftermarket hood. Added hassles like propping the hood up, proper fitment. A nice CF lip on that M Sport front bumper would look amazing with the red and have a bigger visual impact, IMO. Wheel spacers to bring the wheels out a little farther. That paint color looks unusual (in a good way), maybe its the picture quality. Anyway, the car looks great, you should post more pics, start a garage.

Oh, I guess there is a subtle difference around the kidneys. I stand corrected. Most of the CF hoods for E92s don't offer a choice for years so I thought they were the same. Now I understand what the OP is talking about. I don't see a CF hood that specifies it will fit 2011-2012.

I knew of the other differences, I just always thought the hood was the same. On the E90, the difference between Pre-LCI and LCI hoods is more obvious.

Guys, he has an LCI. You need an LCI hood. One of the only options for you is Duke Dynamics.
