Hit by deer tonight

Damaged Front headlight, fender, part of hood, side mirror... what are my options in chicago for repair? Would it all align same as before? Pics too big to upload and my mental state not allowing to edit them at this time

Damn, you took out Bambi huh? That's one of my worst fears. I sent you a pm, I have a friend who manages a BMW bodyshop. Good luck.

the deer was going full speed.. they were in a herd, the first one made it through.. the second one hit my front passenger fender and flew, took the side mirror out, headlight works but broken, hood has slight dent, i opened today inside is all intact ... the suspension looks fine, car not pulling

the road was dark (no street light) and no shoulder, moreover it was icy and slushy and im glad i didnt have time to react, that could've been worse... cops told me the deer has departed this world... but how stupid of an animal..

Could be a lot worse! If this thing hits your front window/roof it will destroy the A pillar and roof. Happened to a friend of mine.

Last summer two deer "t-boned" me in much the same fashion...only difference was that I WAS ON MY MOTORCYCLE AT THE TIME!!

Moral of the story: it could have been much worse. Get your car fixed and move along.

That's where I took mine to get new bumpers put on after being hit. They did a great job.

hey I have the 7" FMIC, will they trim the bumper to fit it ? Or maybe I shd put stock one back in, incase of front impact that monster will collide with the engine right behind

I'm sure they will trim it to get it to fit. But you could ask them just to be sure.

This would be a chance to get an M3 style bumper and hood. No question.

Go through your insurance, I wouldn't be surprised if isn't totaled. I hit a deer in my gto 2 years ago and had 15k worth of damage and it didnt look bad at all.
