It's been too good to be true with the mild winter so far here in the Chicagoland area.

Well today 1st snowfall of the winter and year so mounted up the winter setup.

Previously ran Dunlop winter sport 3m, they were great. But this time picked up the new Blizzak WS80 .

Running them on 17x7 ET35 rial Salerno's. Tires are 205x50x17. So far they rip in the 3-4" snow. Way better then the Dunlop.

The 17 should give us a nice cushion for the terrible roads up here filled with potholes, coming from the 18in all seasons.

I will add that with the ET35 there is a very very small poke up front butch nothing too crazy. It's just a bit too aggressive offset. The rear is perfect flush. Still not bad recycling these rims I've had for years on 3 BMW's that were used for a winter setup
